The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is an organization of 185
countries, working to foster global monetary cooperation, secure
financial stability, facilitate international trade, promote high
employment and sustainable economic growth, and reduce poverty
around the world.

The mission of the European Commission (EC)is to promote the general interest of the European Union. It does so by participating in the decision-making process, in particular by presenting proposals for European law, by overseeing the correct implementation of the Treaties and European law, and by carrying out common policies and managing funds.
CENTER OF EXCELLENCE IN FINANCE

The Center of Excellence in Finance (CEF) is a leading regional institution promoting capacity building in public finance management in Southeast Europe (SEE). The CEF was established through the initiative of the Ministries of finance of SEE in an effort to reinforce regional cooperation and help facilitate public finance reforms. CEF member countries are Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, and Slovenia.
