This two day program is designed for managers to develop their tools and skills for managing people and communicating reforms effectively. It is a practical program to help managers get the best performance from their staff in a climate of ongoing change, economic challenges and uncertainty.

Who should attend

The workshop has been designed to bring together managers and team leaders in ministries of finance, line ministries, central banks, or other government agencies. All public officials who are in charge of managing are kindly invited to apply.
