CONFERENCE VENUE
The Conference will be held at Hotel Larix, Kranjska Gora, Slovenia.

ACCOMODATION
The organizer has made a block booking at Hotel Prisank and Hotel Larix from 77€ to 82€ for Single Room (breakfast included).

MEALS
The organizers will provide the participants with coffee breaks during the conference. Reception will be provided on Monday, June 15, 2009 at Hotel Larix. Lunch and dinner will be provided on Tuesday, June 16, 2009.

FEE
There is no fee to attend this conference.

LANGUAGE
The language of the Conference will be English.

VISAS
Visa requirements must be met before arrival in Slovenia. In order to be able to arrive on time, it is advisable to apply for visas at least a month before event. Participants requiring entry visas should submit their applications to the nearest diplomatic mission of the Republic of Slovenia.
