CENTER OF EXCELLENCE IN
FINANCE

The Center of Excellence in Finance (CEF) is a leading regional
institution promoting capacity building in public financial
management and central banking.
The CEF was established in January 2001 by the Slovenian
Government through the initiative of the ministries of finance of
South East Europe in an effort to reinforce regional cooperation
and help facilitate public finance reforms. It is a partnership
between the Slovenian Government, member countries and donor
partners. CEF member countries are Albania, Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro,
Romania, Serbia, and Slovenia.

The European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies supports and promotes evidence-based health policy-making through comprehensive and rigorous analysis of the dynamics of health care systems in Europe.
The European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies is a partnership between the World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe, the Governments of Belgium, Finland, Norway, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden, the Veneto Region of Italy, the European Investment Bank, the World Bank, the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM).
The European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies is composed of a Steering Committee, core management team, research policy group and staff. The Observatory’s Secretariat is based in Brussels and has offices in London and Berlin.
