MEALS
The organizers will provide the participants with coffee breaks during the conference. Dinner/reception will be provided on Monday 2 June, 2008 at Austria Trend Ljubljana Hotel. Lunch and dinner will be provided on Tuesday 3 June, 2008. Light lunch will be provided on Wednesday 4 June, 2008.

FEE
There is no fee for this conference.

LANGUAGE
The language of the Conference will be English.

VISAS
Visa requirements must be met before arrival in Slovenia. In order to be able to arrive on time, it is advisable to apply for visas at the earliest possible opportunity. Participants requiring entry visas should submit their applications to the nearest diplomatic mission of the Republic of Slovenia.
