Reporting to the Governing Board and under its direction, the Director leads the development of a sustainable long-term strategy for the CEF, is responsible for the delivery of the annual work program within the budget, financial planning and reporting, and heads a team of 25 staff members in accordance with the approved rules and regulations of the organization.
