WeLead: Grow Your Skills to Promote Change

Sep 4, 2023 – Sep 3, 2024 online No Fee

Are you a young leader in the public sector tasked with promoting change under tough expectations and large uncertainty about the future? We carefully picked two transversal competencies – building rapport and harvesting deep conversations through the art of hosting; and two iterative and foresight methods – foresight and scenario visioning, and problem-driven adaptation – that can help you be more successful.

Transversal skills help you bring other people closer, so you can walk with them together as co-leaders.  Iterative approaches to change typically start from a good problem-analysis and then a step-by-step approach with a focus on lessons learned. Foresight methods help you explore plausible, alternative futures, and identify challenges and opportunities that may emerge. In this self-paced online course, you will assess where you stand on this set of skills, obtain new knowledge you need to apply them, get the opportunity to exercise them, and then reflect on how the skill-upgrade that you got concretely helps you in promoting change.
