About this learning event

This workshop aims to enhance communication and negotiation skills by providing insights into human behavior and its fundamental dynamics. Participants will develop practical strategies for success in various environments, gaining valuable insights into navigating complex interactions and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.

Key objectives of the workshop are to:

  • Understand human psychology and motivations.
  • Explore elemental types of behavior and their impact on communication and collaboration.
  • Develop tailored communication strategies for different behavioral types.
  • Enhance negotiation skills for diverse communication styles.
  • Cultivate excellence in communication and collaboration for shared goals.

Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and its role in communication and negotiation. Through real-world scenarios and exercises, they will learn to communicate persuasively, collaborate seamlessly, and negotiate confidently. They will be able to use actionable strategies to navigate human behavior complexities for positive outcomes in professional and personal interactions.

The learning event will be delivered by:

  • Jasna Knez

Jasna Knez is a highly accomplished coach, mentor, and supervisor. She holds the prestigious Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is also an EIA MASTER Practitioner Certified Coach and Mentor. Her credentials extend to the ITCA Practitioner Team Coach and ESIA Coaching & Mentoring Supervisor, accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and the ICF. Beyond her personal achievements, she has played a pivotal role in elevating the awareness and development of professional coaching in Slovenia and abroad. Serving as the Vice President and co-founder of the Association for Coaches - International Coaching Federation (ICF) Chapter Charter Slovenia (20/24), she actively promotes sustainable growth and the coaching profession. With her masive contribution to the professionalism of coaching field she was awarded as Honorary Ambassador of EMCC Slovenia. Globally she serves as a PCC Assessor for ICF and an EIA Assessor for EMCC Global. Her professional expertise spans diverse industries, cultures, and client complexities. In 2022 she was awarded CEO Today Magazine Executive Coach.

  •  Cvetka Mozoli

In the CEF team Cvetka plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's workplace culture through her work in coaching and mentoring. As a transformative mediator, organizational coach, and integral coach, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She is an accredited Professional Certified Coach by the ICF and EIA Senior Practitioner Certified Coach by the EMCC. Her primary focus lies in internal coaching and promoting a positive workplace culture by fostering a sense of shared commitment.  She actively contributes to the development and implementation of CEF's learning and knowledge sharing program. 

Practical information

The duration of the workshop is 1.5 days with working days between 9 am and 5 pm. Two groups will participate in this workshop.
