In Focus: Bulgaria Taking Over the Chairmanship of the CEF Governing Board
The second annual meeting of the Governing Board of the CEF international took place on May 27, 2016. The Governing Board endorsed Mr. Vladislav Goranov, Minister of Finance of Bulgaria, as the new Chair of the Governing Board.
The meeting was chaired by dr. DuĊĦan Mramor, Minister of Finance and Chair of the Governing Board. Representatives of Bank of Slovenia, the central banks of Belgium, Macedonia and Montenegro, as well as representatives of the Bulgarian, Romanian and Slovenian Ministry of Finance and the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs participated at the meeting.
The Governing Board approved the CEF Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2015 and recognized the progress made by the CEF learning program in 2016 and endorsed the strategic approach indicated for 2017 and beyond.
