Training of Trainers: Knowledge Sharing and Presentation Skills

Feb 21 – 22, 2023 Ljubljana, Slovenia No Fee

About this learning event

Systematic approach to learning and sustainable investments in people and knowledge management directly affects the institutions’ performance and helps them achieve better results faster. In practice, this means investing in developing and practicing the skills needed to respond to any kind of disruption.

This training of trainers aims to empower the individual’s performance by strengthening their abilities to present and manage learning and knowledge sharing activities face-to-face or online in their respective teams and organizations. It is designed for a smaller group of participants who will explore different learning methods and tools, and learn how to design and facilitate dynamic and engaging learning activities. They will get to know different learning styles, acknowledge their specifics, learn about the principles of effective public speaking, and practice delivering a powerful presentation. In a safe and motivating learning environment, participants will be encouraged to reflect on their role as learning facilitator, their strengths, and room for improvement.

Who should attend

The training has been designed for tax officials, HR specialists, team leaders, and others interested in improving their learning and knowledge sharing skills. Regional tax experts involved in the implementation of the CEF Learning Program 2023 are also welcome to apply.
