Role of Learning Facilitator and Techniques to Engage Participants

In participatory learning approach, that we practice at the CEF the learner is at the heart of the learning process. Participatory approach to learning encourages each learner to take ownership over the learning process and provides a platform for participants to meet and connect. In this process learning facilitator takes an important role as a curator, facilitator, moderator, co-creator and observer who engages and helps the group to understand the learning objectives and assists them to achieve these objectives.
