The objective of the workshop is to help participants to better understand objectives and features of multi-year budgeting, to identify the challenges and bottlenecks in introducing and implementing medium-term budgeting and to share experiences with colleagues in other South East European countries about how to overcome these challenges. The workshop will address medium-term budget frameworks as a key tool in ensuring fiscal sustainability and achieving fiscal objectives. *This learning activity is delivered as part of the EU-funded Strategic Planning and Budgeting project. The overall objective of the project is to strengthen beneficiary countries’ capacities to design and implement medium-term macro-fiscal policies.
