The program covers the people aspects of change as it is relevant to projects as well as the tools and techniques associated with project cycle management.

Who should attend

This course has been designed for those likely to be supervising staff working on developing projects, acting as sponsors of projects, serving as project managers or participating as team members in projects using the Project Cycle Management LOGFRAME approach used by donor agencies.

Your contributions

To make the course as useful as possible, we encourage participants to bring examples of the projects they are working on and their LOGFRAMES and Project Fiches so that they can relate the course to their real work.
