Through peer discussion, we will summarize the experience with IPA II and refer possible changes in the upcoming programming period.

About this learning event

Successful implementation of IPA projects requires complex system of coordination where different authorities and departments cooperate in different activities. During this process, it is necessary to implement and fulfil various accounting and reporting standards, in order to establish operational, management and control system that complies with the requirements of EU regulations and optimize planning and spending of funds.

Which institutions and departments have crucial roles in the financial management system? How do they manage expenditures, collect information and prepare reports? What are key accounting and financial requirements? How did institutions manage these requirements and what were the biggest challenges they faced? We will use this webinar as the opportunity to discuss these and all related questions.
