Public Accountants’ Certification Training (PACT) in Montenegro

The CEF provides internationally recognized professional qualification programs for public sector accountants (PACT) and internal auditors (TIAPS), which are delivered in cooperation with the British Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA).

In 2019, we will continue supporting Montenegro with training of the third generation of students at the certification level. Together with the Ministry of Finance Treasury Department and the Human Resource and Management Authority of Montenegro, deliver:

3 training modules (including (re)examination): financial accounting; management accounting; and national public finance and accountancy legislation and taxation
2 meetings of the localization working group (LWG) Other expected deliverables linked to this project (see descriptions below) in 2019:
1 country-specific workshop addressing ways and challenges of accrual accounting transition
1 regional IPSAS training
