Retreat of PAR and PFM Reform Coordination Teams in Montenegro
This two-day event aims to create a conducive environment for team building, communication enhancement, and aligning objectives for future learning and knowledge sharing initiatives for the coordination structures for the PAR Strategy and PFM Reform Program 2022-2026 in Montenegro. It offers a balanced mix of workshops, interactive sessions, and team-building activities that will foster collaboration and clarity.
About this learning event
As part of this retreat, participants will:
- assess the current state of strategy coordination, monitoring, and reporting with respect to: (1) people’s confidence to perform according to expectations; and (2) level of digitalized exchange of data within the given structures
- identify learning priorities of each team member, team-wise, and vis-à-vis the reform process
- assess risks and issues that may be encountered during the process
- develop a plan of action for the next period
