This will be the third meeting of the Network of Regional Experts (NRE) established under the FISR project. NRE members will attempt to define their roles as members of the NRE community of practice.

About this learning event 

NRE members will attempt to define their roles as members of the community of practice. They will take a detailed look at generic roles, such as:

  • Agenda activist: driving the agenda, proposing topics and setting how often we meet
  • Technology stewards: in charge of which tech./platforms we use to communicate
  • Community keepers: responsible that all member get to have a voice in the NRE
  • Critical friend: responsible for feedback and comments of our work
  • Value detective: make the values of the NRE visible and part of all activities
  • External messengers: communicate with any potential stakeholders outside the NRE

Participants will also gain knowledge on communication and coordination within communities of practice as well as the importance of the value preposition. A part of this course will focus on drafting an annual plan of activities for the community of practice, the continuation of work after the project closure, and discussion on further developing the NRE as a community of practice.

The online course will take place between December 6-13, 2021 and will include three webinars and one assignment:
