PACT MKD3 (L2): ToT on Teaching Methodology (By Invitation)
This blended training of trainers (ToT) aims to empower the tutor teams' performance by strengthening their abilities of presenting and managing a class face-to-face or online, motivating students and work in teams to guide the students to successfully complete their certification.
About this learning event
This event is part of Public Accountants Certification Project (PACT) in North Macedonia on level 2. This ToT will be split into face-to-face and online training.
Participants will be familiarized with the CEF’s tailor-made ToT methodology to be able to share knowledge and promote peer-to-peer learning in the area of public sector accounting. It will explore different learning methodologies and tools. Participants will learn about and try out how to design and facilitate a dynamic, engaging and effective knowledge sharing activity face to face or online. They will deliver a short practice session in a safe environment where classmates act as the audience and give constructive feedback on how to improve their performance. They will learn to recognize different learning styles, acknowledge their roles as tutors and facilitators, apply various facilitation and evaluation techniques, and create a safe and motivating environment. They will also discuss the expectations, roles and responsibilities of a trainer and facilitator in public sector certification training.

Selected tutors for the PACT project on level 2 in North Macedonia .
