About this learning event

This training of trainers is designed for a smaller group of participants who will explore different learning methods and tools, and learn how to design and facilitate dynamic and engaging learning activities. They will get to know different learning styles, understand their unique characteristics, and learn about the principles of effective public speaking. They will also have an opportunity to practice delivering a powerful presentation. In a safe and motivating learning environment, participants will be encouraged to reflect on their role as a learning facilitator, identify and their strengths, and discover areas for improvement.

Target audience

Employees of central banks and financial supervisory authorities, with priority for those engaged in the delivery of the CEF learning program, and in strategic human capacity development and learning and internal knowledge sharing in their institutions
