About this learning event

This conference will bring together regional experts to discuss specific challenges in banking supervision. It is the Banking Regulation and Supervision Community’s flagship event, focusing on the theme of digitalization. Recognizing the growing importance of this topic in banking, the conference will tackle challenges, share best practices, and identify areas requiring further attention. The event provides an opportunity for meaningful collaboration, with participants contributing to shaping the future of banking supervision in the digital age.
Participants will spend a full day gaining knowledge and hands-on practical experience through focused workshops and plenary sessions on:

  • Quantum Resilience — understanding quantum risks to cryptography and practical approaches for preparing cryptographic agility and migration plans.
  • Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) — operational CTI for supervisors: how to produce, consume and act on threat intelligence to strengthen oversight and incident response.
  • Dark-web monitoring for regulators —  best practices and governance for monitoring illicit marketplaces and exposed data;
  • Tips & tricks to follow and monitor dark-web activity (for regulatory authorities) — a practical, policy-safe session.
