A Journey of Self-Discovery, Confidence, and Professional Growth
As part of the EU-funded WeLead project, Aleksandra Baklaja from the Serbian Ministry of European Integration took part in a transformative coaching journey that provided a meaningful space for reflection, growth, and self-discovery. Her reflection highlights how the experience exceeded her initial expectations, supporting both her personal and professional development. "From the very beginning, I was extremely excited to start my We Coach experience and had high expectations. In the end, however, I gained far more than I could have imagined. This journey led me to a place I had not foreseen at the start; yet exactly where I was meant to be. The experience was deeply transformative, not only on a professional level but, even more so, on a profound personal level. I completed the process feeling grounded, well-equipped, and ready for everything that awaits me in the future. The greatest achievement of this journey is the belief I have developed in myself and in the process that lies ahead.
