Our partnership started more than a decade ago, with joint certification training programs for public sector accountants (PACT) and internal auditors (TIAPS) in Slovenia and South East Europe. Since then, these beneficiary demanded programs resulted in issuing around 1000 certificates and diplomas to public sector accountants and internal auditors region-wide.

CIPFA and CEF have joined minds in developing efficient learning content and methodology for public finance management and control practitioners, and adequate approach to sustainability of training programs. Compatibility of our organizations’ knowledge and experience in developing capacities of public finance officials through learning is best proven by new requests for training programs by the CEF constituency and countries from other regions.

Rooted in our successful cooperation so far, the MoU aims to advance promotion of our two organizations and fresh approaches to capacity development through learning. We will do our best to perform our MoU at the best interest of our constituency and both signing organizations.
