About this learning event

This study visit, supported by expert mentoring, is designed to strengthen HR practices and improve internal communication within the Ministry of Finance of Armenia (MoFA). Participants will explore how to establish a robust performance management system that drives accountability and continuous improvement.

The program enables participants to learn from peer institutions through direct exposure to best practices and real-world approaches. This is complemented by expert mentoring, which supports the translation of insights into practical, actionable change plans tailored to the institution’s specific needs.
