Discussing Future Learning Plans with CEF Coordinators
Since 2004, we have been regularly meeting with the CEF Coordinators, human resources professionals working at the ministries of finance, tax administrations and central banks in our constituency. Together we identify the capacity development needs and priorities within their respective institutions and look for ways to address them through our learning and knowledge sharing opportunities.
This year’s CEF Coordinators Meeting will be organized as part of the celebration events marking the 20th anniversary of the CEF. Reconnecting online, we are convinced this Meeting will contribute to maintaining strong working relationships and help setting the way forward for our member institutions in becoming learning organizations. This requires strengthening the enabling environment in the institution and the skills of the staff for high-quality knowledge sharing and learning.
As part of our conversations, we will also take a walk down the memory lane, remember past joint achievements, and exchange most memorable moments of our close co-operation.
The Meeting will take place on October 6, 2021.
