Feedback from 2016 Coordinators Meeting Participants
Meeting of our coordinators, regional representatives responsible for capacity development that are involved in the strategic management of human capital within their respective institutions, has successfully concluded on October 19–20, 2016. It reflected positive atmosphere discussing CEF program and learning needs of the region. We are presenting a video feedback from meeting participants.
Representatives from Croatian Ministry of Finance, Bank of Slovenia and Moldovan Tax Administration have expressed in a video interview that the meeting of coordinators was useful. It enabled sharing experience with institutions facing similar challenges and strengthening contacts with other officials from South East Europe. Sharing knowledge with peers working on similar matters helps them further at their work. They also mentioned that the meeting gives them an opportunity to review the learning needs of the region.
