Learning Organizations in the Age of AI
About this learning event
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping how organizations learn, decide, collaborate, and operate – faster than many are prepared for. Yet sustainable AI adoption is not only a technological challenge; it is a leadership, learning, and organizational culture challenge. This event brings together participants for three days of peer learning, dialogue, and hands-on design work focused on how organizations can successfully navigate AI-driven change. Through collaborative exploration and practical reflection, participants will examine how AI is affecting their organizations today. They will discuss what capacities are needed to remain resilient, adaptive, and future-ready learning organizations.
The event is designed to work simultaneously at two interconnected levels:
- The individual level – reflecting on personal readiness for AI, access to tools, evolving roles, skills gaps, and ethical responsibilities.
- The organizational level – examining leadership, governance, culture, knowledge sharing, change management, and approaches to measuring the impact of AI adoption.
By moving between these two perspectives, participants will better understand how meaningful organizational transformation requires both personal commitment and institutional readiness.
What will you learn?
- explore how AI is influencing organizational culture, learning, and decision-making
- reflect on their organization’s readiness for AI-driven change and identify barriers and opportunities for AI adoption within their organizations

- develop concrete action plans for applying insights within their own organizations
- learn how AI can support storytelling, reflection, and the communication of organizational impact in a safe and ethical way
