What will you learn 

The webinar will be delivered with the objective of identifying challenges caused by Covid-19 and solutions for overcoming them by using management accounting knowledge and information. It will be built upon management accounting module content and underline the role of accountancy profession and managers in responding to information needs in public sector caused by Covid-19.

The webinar will be focusing on following key areas:

  • Decision Making – short, medium and long term
  • Attitude towards risk and its influence on decision making
  • Inventory management – use of traditional and modern methods
  • Procurement – centralised vs decentralised: pros and cons

Who should attend 

This webinar is designed for public sector accountants and auditors that were included in PACT or TIAPS certification program. Other public sector officials, tutors and academia members interested for the topic are also welcomed to apply.
