Montenegro to Independently Run Training for Public Accountants
We recently in cooperation with Ministry of finance of Montenegro started with localization activities for the Public Accountants Certification Training program. Goal of the localization process is to achieve independently and sustainably running program for training of Montenegrin public accountants.
Ministry of Finance established working group on localization of the program consisting of representatives of the Ministry, Montenegrin Human Resources Management Authority, Lovćen bank, Faculty for International Economics, Finance and Business, and Center of Excellence in Finance.
Working group analyzed the existing legal framework that regulates training of public accountants local capacities and examined needs for localization of the public accounting training program continuation. Final outcome of the localization process will be the strategic plan and framework for localization, necessary for smooth and sustainable hand over of training program and guidelines for implementation of the localization strategic plan.
