Semi-annual Reporting for the Reform Agenda
About this learning event
This one-day workshop is designed to support the semi-annual reporting process for the implementation of the Reform Agenda (RA). It will focus on key elements of the Payment Request, including the use of the Fiche for reporting on each reform step planned under the RA.
What will you learn
By participating in this workshop, you will strengthen your ability to: report effectively on the implementation of reform steps, ensure consistency and quality in the payment request and collaborate proactively with the RA Coordination team and other colleagues. Together, we will explore how to prepare clear and high-quality semi-annual reports, and gain a deeper understanding of the European Commission’s requirements and expectations. Specifically, we will examine:
- EC Requirements and Expectations for RA semi-annual reporting: context, purpose, deadlines, and differences from annual reporting
- Payment request format: explanation of each section and EC instructions from the Fiche
- Recommendations for improving semi-annual reporting: based on Serbia’s first request and lessons from other countries
- Practical exercise: focused on reform steps due by June and December 2025
- Practical group work for semi-annual reporting
