The CEF Among the Three Finalists of the Contest "Golden Practice"
We are pleased to announce that the CEF was selected among the three finalists of the contest “Golden Practice” organized by Slovenian newspaper Dnevnik. The contest is selecting bold, new, different, innovative, creative and effective approaches aimed at organizational advancement and collective progress.
In cooperation with Slovenian architect Jure Kotnik, we created a learning space that encourages relaxation, creativity and inspires and motivates for learning. We renovated the central lobby, which has become a multi-purpose space. The visual change has a significant impact on the transformation of the organizational culture and openness of employees and participants of our learning events for contemporary forms of staff development and educational approaches.
The CEF practice was one of the finalists next to practices of companies AMZS and Lek. We congratulate Lek for winning the recognition of “Golden practice.”
