The CEF and ReSPA Directors Signed a Memorandum of Understanding

On April 20, 2018 directors of Center of Excellence in Finance (CEF) and Regional School for Public Administration (ReSPA), Jana Repanšek and Ratka Sekulović signed the Memorandum of Understanding, recognizing readiness of the two international organisations to extend cooperation and capitalize on each other’s comparative strengths.

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) reflects a long standing aim of both organizations to jointly tackle reform challenges in the region of South East Europe within their respective portfolios. MoU sets a frame for future cooperation between the two organizations. The CEF will continue supporting public financial management and central banking capacities of public officials, while the ReSPA will contribute with its program devoted to public administration reforms. The partnership will reinforce sustainable capacity development of public officials from organizations’ beneficiary countries.

The CEF Director also participated in the ReSPA annual Advisory Board meeting held on April 20, 2018 in Danilovgrad, Montenegro. ReSPA is international organization with the mission of boosting regional cooperation in the field of public administration in the Western Balkans.
