Addressing the Needs of South East Europe

Stanka Vizi, Director of Human Resources Department of the Central Bank of Montenegro reflects on how CEF learning program addresses the needs of her institution.

It was a pleasure for me, as a CEF coordinator, to attend the Governing Board meeting in May 2016 at the CEF. I believe it was a successful meeting, as participants learned some additional information about the CEF's learning initiatives carried out in Montenegro and also other countries. I noticed that high-level participants of the Board meeting expressed their satisfaction with the CEF's work in the region.

As a CEF coordinator, I was happy to see that the learning needs of our colleagues at the Central Bank of Montenegro have been included in the CEF program. The selection of experts sharing their experience as well as the entire organization of the learning events by the CEF team is much appreciated. We have established very successful cooperation with the CEF, with many of our staff members participating in their learning program. The CEF program continues to be demand-driven, incorporating the needs and expectations of our bank.
