About this learning event

The workshop is part of the project “WeLead: EU Scheme for Young Professionals in the Western Balkans”, a four-year multi-beneficiary project funded by the European Commission (EC) and implemented by the CEF. It will be organized back-to-back with the study visit of the component WeExperience. Participants will learn about effective leadership and recognizing and applying different leadership styles. They will also learn about organizational culture, skillset each leader needs, and complex problem solving in teams. The following skills will be included in this module: emotional intelligence and cognitive flexibility. Participants will also present their institution or country-specific leadership challenges and thus enable peers to get a wider perspective on leadership.
