About this learning event

By attending this workshop, participants will understand how change impacts the organization. They will explore and assess the strengths, challenges, lessons learned, obstacles, and potential opportunities associated with change. We will simulate various change scenarios, using interactive tools, and learn how to make effective management and leadership decisions in relation to change. Participants will learn to apply best practices to successfully manage and navigate change and transformation processes.
