About this learning event

At this meeting, we will identify the contemporary trends in human resources management in central banks. We will address the skills needed for operating in a complex environment, with a focus on innovation and collaboration.  We will also provide CEF Coordinators with updates on the learning program activities at the start of the year. We will also discuss their learning and capacity development needs and priorities. We will address their approaches to the development of human capital in their institutions. After the meeting, we will continue to engage in bilateral discussions with CEF Coordinators to identify opportunities for sharing their regional expertise and experience within the CEF learning and knowledge sharing program.
