On-Site Supervision
About this learning event
At this workshop, participants will explore on-site supervision from both organizational and practical perspectives. They will develop essential skills to plan, organize, and conduct on-site missions effectively, as well as confidently present their findings. The program covers a range of topics through interactive sessions and practical case studies, dynamically tailored to the participants' needs. Participants become familiar with market conduct and prudential supervision, focusing on key trends, challenges, and priorities. Discussions will cover supervisory tasks, on-site supervision of internal governance, risk management, and legal requirements. We will illustrate best practices through case studies.
Target audience
This workshop is designed for officials working in banking regulation and supervision departments of central banks and financial supervisory authorities. Supervisors of non-bank financial institutions are also welcome to join.
