On-Site Supervision
About this learning event
This workshop covers key supervisory topics, including the introduction to SSM on-site supervision, inspection methodologies, and practical aspects of conducting inspections. Participants will work through concrete case studies. Dedicated sessions focus on conducting governance on-site inspections, assessing credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk, as well as supervising internal governance and risk management frameworks.
Special attention is given to emerging and cross-cutting risk areas, such as the maturity assessment of cyber resilience and anti-fraud posture, including technologies, processes, and skills. Participants will also develop practical skills in supervisory report writing, supported by hands-on case exercises, and learn how to use off-site supervisory information to support pre-inspection planning and formulate sound supervisory conclusions.
Through interactive discussions, expert-led sessions, reflections, and practical examples, the workshop enables participants to strengthen their technical expertise, enhance their inspection skills, and confidently communicate supervisory findings in line with current supervisory priorities and challenges.
