About this learning event

Auditing within the RGF context in Bosnia has raised numerous questions about the appropriate approach and has placed additional responsibilities on internal audit units due to the intensity and importance of these activities. Since payments are directly linked to audit reports, the quality and accuracy of planning and conducting RGF-related audits are essential.

This online course, delivered in two webinars and jointly designed by the CEF and CHU Bosnia and Herzegovina, aims to strengthen the capacities of internal audit units in Bosnia and Herzegovina to effectively plan and carry out audit activities related to the Reform and Growth Facility (RGF). 

The initiative consists of two parts:

1. Webinar: Planning Audits within the RGF, date: April 21, 2026 from 09.00-12.00, Zoom 

The webinar will introduce the core elements of the Reform Governance Framework (RGF) and clarify the role of auditing within it. Participants will explore what RGF represents, how it applies in the Bosnia and Herzegovina's context, why it is important for public sector accountability, how audit planning aligns with international standards, how to map audit engagements within the RGF, and the key steps required to prepare and plan RGF related audits. 

2. Webinar: Preparing Audit reports, date: May 11, 2026 from 09.00-12.00, Zoom  

The second webinar will focus on reporting on audits of reform measures within the context of the RGF. During this session, we will also cover communication and coordination between internal auditors, reform coordinators withing Line Ministries, the CHU, and the national coordinator of the RGF.

  • Internal auditors working within public institutions involved in auditing RA from Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • CHU representatives from Bosnia and Herzegovina
