About this learning event

We will facilitate an official peer-to-peer knowledge exchange in our commitment to helping member institutions develop capacities for transforming into learning organizations. We will discuss various human-resources related topics. This includes talent and career management, traineeship and young talent programs, performance management, leadership programs, and various aspects of building and sustaining an organizational culture that fosters resilient employees to thrive in a continuously changing environment. Employees of the National Bank of Moldova will visit De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) and the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
