About this learning event

As part of the EU-funded “WeLead: EU Scheme for Young Professionals in the Western Balkans” (WeLead) project, we offer professional coaching sessions to alumni members. These sessions will support them in their own learning by helping them explore their interests, understand their roles, clarify expectations, identify possible career paths, develop skills, and manage professional relationships. 

Through one-on-one coaching sessions, alumni members will strengthen their communication, planning and decision-making skills. They will also have an opportunity to reflect on their professional relationships with stakeholders, and improve their capacity to coordinate and manage these interactions effectively. By exploring and reflecting on their professional challenges, they will discover new ways to overcome them.

The coaching sessions are intended for participants of the WeLead Alumni members.
