About this learning event

As part of the “WeLead: EU Scheme for Young Professionals in the Western Balkans” project, we offer professional coaching sessions to each cohort of participants. These sessions will support them in their own learning by helping them explore their interests, understand their roles, clarify expectations, identify possible career paths, develop skills, and manage professional relationships. Through one-on-one coaching sessions, participants will strenghten their communication, planning and decision-making skills. They will also have an opportunity to reflect on their professional relationships with stakeholders, and imporve their capacity to coordinate and manage these interactions effectively. By exploring and reflecting on their professional challenges, they will discover new ways to overcome them. Coaching will be offered to 15 participants per cohort.If the number of applicants exceeds this limit, a selection process will be applied.

Target audience

The coaching sessions are intended for participants of the WeCoach component, which is implemented under the WeLead project.
