About this learning event

The Study Visit to Public Institutions in Paris, France is part of the project WeLead: EU Scheme for Young Professionals in the Western Balkans, a four‑year, multi‑beneficiary initiative funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the CEF. 

Within the framework of the WeExperience component, the visit offers participants the opportunity to engage directly with a range of international and public institutions based in Paris. The program is designed to deepen understanding of European and foreign policy, innovative practices in public administration, Western Balkans affairs, and the professional development of diplomats and civil servants. Through structured meetings and exchanges, participants will observe how leading institutions address contemporary governance challenges and develop forward‑looking approaches in the public sector.

The study visit aims to provide young professionals from the Western Balkans with firsthand exposure to institutional work in an international environment and to facilitate meaningful connections with experts contributing to these fields. This visit supports the development of future public sector leaders by offering valuable insights, practical learning opportunities, and a platform for dialogue with institutions at the forefront of policy, diplomacy, and public administration.
