"Participating in the WeLead program, particularly the WeCoach component, has been an extremely valuable experience for my professional development. Coaching provided me with the opportunity to reflect on my work from a new perspective and to better understand my leadership approach.

One of the most important insights I gained was a deeper understanding of delegation and communication. I realized that effective delegation is not simply about assigning tasks, but about guiding people, asking the right questions, and working toward clearly defined outcomes. This has helped me become more structured and confident in my daily work.

The learning process was highly practical and grounded in real situations from my professional experience. Coaching encouraged me to analyze challenges more thoughtfully, improve how I communicate with others, and listen more attentively to different perspectives. As a result, I developed a clearer understanding of both my strengths and the areas where I can continue to grow.

Through this experience, I strengthened key skills essential for contributing to policymaking and public administration reform, such as strategic thinking, clear communication, and a results-oriented mindset. These competencies are also crucial for supporting institutional development and Albania’s EU integration process.

Overall, the WeCoach program supported both my professional and personal growth, providing me with tools that I will continue to apply in my future work.

These programs bring together and professionally shape a new generation of leaders and policymakers in the Western Balkans.
