Public Accountants Certification Training (PACT)

It combines theory and practical experience; topics include managerial accounting, finance and contract management, International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), various approaches in sound financial management, and audit and assurance. These issues make a sound base for public sector employees as they transition to accrual accounting and explore the steps to be taken as part of introducing IPSAS.
