CEF-CIPFA Conference: Keeping Pace with the Digital Revolution
Together with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) we are looking forward to welcoming public sector accountants, auditors, and other public officials engaged in the development and implementation of new digital approaches at our annual international conference. We will explore the current state of the digital revolution in the global public sector, with a particular focus on public financial management. The conference will take place on May 11, 2023, in Prishtina, Kosovo.
The conference will bring together leading experts and practitioners from the public finance and accounting sectors to explore the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the current state of the digital revolution in the global public sector. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and engage in meaningful discussions about the issues and examples related to digital transformation in South East Europe.
We will look into the current state of play of digitalization in the public sector, and evaluate recent digital case studies specific to public service delivery, asset management, and anti-corruption. Other sessions will include expert commentary on the political, institutional, and cultural factors influencing the sector’s wider transformation, opportunities and risks for digital progress, and expectations for the future. We will explore recent case studies from Estonia, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kosovo, related to strategic planning, decision-making, implementation, and the impact of digital transformation projects in the public sector.
Serving as a platform for exchanging expert knowledge and experience, this conference will also allow participants to network with other professionals in their field and build valuable connections with peers across the region.
