PAR and PFM Reforms: PFM Coordination team dialogue
About the event
This dialogue session will bring together members of Montenegro’s Public Financial Management (PFM) Coordination Team to engage in an open and forward-looking discussion on key priorities and challenges related to PFM reform implementation.
The focus will be on the Action Plan 2025–2026, its current status, implementation pathways, and interinstitutional coordination needs. Participants will reflect on progress made so far, identify any emerging obstacles, and explore opportunities for improving cooperation, monitoring, and visibility of reform results.
The session will also serve as a space for peer learning and shared problem-solving, reinforcing a whole-of-government approach to delivering impactful and sustainable PFM reforms in line with EU integration goals.
In the second part of the workshop, the dialogue will continue separately for each of 4 pillar's sub-teams corresponding to 4 strategic directions of the PFM programme 2022-2026.
