Study Visit on Developing a Competency Dictionary
About this learning event
This study visit is organized in support of member institutions in evolving into adaptive learning organizations. Hosted by National Bank of Belgium, it will focus on peer-to-peer knowledge exchange around strategic HR practices, especially on developing a competence dictionary. Designed for HR professionals, the program will explore how to build resilient, future-ready institutions through effective talent management, organizational culture, and workforce development.

This study visit is designed for HR professionals from the National Bank of Moldova.
