About this learning event

This training of trainers supports the Ministry of Finance of Armenia in strengthening its internal capacity for learning and knowledge sharing. The programme consists of a workshop and a mentoring phase that together support both individual skill development and longer-term institutional learning.

Participants will step into the role of facilitators of learning within the Ministry. They will explore practical techniques and tools to design and deliver engaging knowledge sharing activities, adapted to different audiences and learning needs. At the same time, the training marks the starting point for building a community of trainers within the Ministry and strengthening how knowledge is shared across departments.

A key focus of the programme is microlearning. Participants will learn how to turn complex technical topics into short, focused learning solutions that can be easily used in day-to-day work and shared across the institution.

The workshop is highly practice-oriented and combines hands-on exercises, peer exchange, and guided reflection. Participants will design and test their own learning activities based on topics relevant to the Ministry. The mentoring phase will support them in further developing these activities and linking them to a more structured and sustainable approach to internal learning and knowledge sharing.
