Training of Trainers: Knowledge Sharing and Microlearning solutions
About this learning event
This training of trainers supports the Ministry of Finance of Armenia in strengthening its internal capacity for learning and knowledge sharing.
Participants will step into the role of facilitators of learning within the Ministry. They will explore practical techniques and tools to design and deliver engaging knowledge sharing activities, adapted to different audiences and learning needs.
A key focus of the programme is microlearning. Participants will learn how to turn complex topics into short, focused learning solutions that can be easily used in day-to-day work. These concise formats support continuous and flexible learning, making knowledge easier to absorb and apply.
At the same time, the training marks the starting point for building a community of trainers within the Ministry. Participants will not only develop individual facilitation skills, but also begin shaping how learning and knowledge sharing can be organised, sustained, and scaled across the institution.
The programme combines hands-on practice, peer exchange, and guided reflection. Participants will build confidence in facilitating learning, improve how they structure learning processes, and strengthen their ability to lead internal learning initiatives. After the workshop, a mentoring phase will help participants put their skills into practice. They will develop and test their own learning solutions and contribute to building a more structured and sustainable internal learning community within the Ministry.
