About this learning event

This event will be delivered by TIGERS from the Ministry of Finance of the Netherlands. The internal trainers team from the National Bank of Moldova (NBM) will learn about the theory and philosophy of the TIGERS as creative facilitators, techniques and tools, and later on, practice learned techniques. The TIGERS will share good practices and knowledge to support the NBM to upskill as internal trainers, who aim to become trainers for others in the bank. It will maximize results from the ToT delivered in June 2023 and other learning initiatives planned in the NBM LearnOrgLab project that are focused on strengthening individual capacities for learning and knowledge sharing, and better understanding of learning organization principles.
