About this learning event

The final face-to-face meeting will bring together participants involved in the WeConnect mentorship scheme. The mentoring relationships and exchanges established through the program have fostered meaningful connections, supported professional development, and strengthened a network of emerging leaders.

This closing gathering provides a valuable opportunity to deepen these connections, recognize the commitment and contributions made throughout the program, and continue fostering a strong, supportive, and interconnected community of Leaders of the Future.

Objectives of the workshop

• Strengthen connections and relationships between mentors and mentees through face-to-face exchange.
• Facilitate reflection and knowledge sharing on the experiences and lessons gained throughout the program.
• Foster a lasting network of Leaders of the Future and encourage continued collaboration and peer support.
