Collaborative Approach to Impact Assessment 1 - North Macedonia

Apr 25 – 26, 2023 Skopje, North Macedonia No Fee

About this learning event

This workshop is the first in a row of activities, developed for Macedonian public officials, with the overall objective to enhance the skills required for collaboratively performing impact assessments of structural reforms. Experts will present a Manual for impact assessment, which will provide participants with different possible methods to do impact assessment and introduce some tools available in the Excel Toolkit. In addition, the experts will discuss with each line ministry which tools from the Toolkit would be most appropriate to test for their reforms, which data they need, and cooperation with which other line ministries would be beneficial in this effort. We will also search for the needed support from the Ministry of Finance.

Throughout the activities with North Macedonia we will work with the Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) approach, and in accordance also prepare plans for future activities for each line ministry and the whole group.
